Equipment Setup

Enter details about the equipment that you want to manage in ProContractor.

Complete the Configuration du projet process first.
  1. Define the types that classify equipment usage and specify billing options on the Equipment Usage Type screen.
  2. Define the types of maintenance that can be performed on equipment items.
  3. Create classifications for your equipment items and associate usage types with each classification.
  4. Define the manufacturers of your equipment items.
  5. Facultatif : Set up equipment defaults for equipment entry or import.
  6. Set up your equipment items using the Import Data screen by either entering them manually or by importing them from Excel.
  7. Manage the equipment posting hierarchy at every level for usage posting on the Equipment Posting Control screen.
  8. Record any contracts or price commitments with your customers that are related to an equipment item.
  9. Review the equipment setup.
Once you complete the equipment setup process, continue to the Subcontract Setup process.
