Equipment Setup
Enter details about the equipment that you want to manage in ProContractor.
- Define the types that classify equipment usage and specify billing options on the Equipment Usage Type screen.
- Define the types of maintenance that can be performed on equipment items.
- Create classifications for your equipment items and associate usage types with each classification.
- Define the manufacturers of your equipment items.
- Facultatif : Set up equipment defaults for equipment entry or import.
- Set up your equipment items using the Import Data screen by either entering them manually or by importing them from Excel.
- Manage the equipment posting hierarchy at every level for usage posting on the Equipment Posting Control screen.
- Record any contracts or price commitments with your customers that are related to an equipment item.
- Review the equipment setup.
