View a list of warehouse quantities
- Open the View Warehouse Quantities screen.

In the Company field, click
to select one or more companied for which you want to view item quantities. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the list.

In the Warehouse field, click
to select one or more warehouses for which you want to view item quantities. If no warehouses are selected, all warehouses appear in the list.

In the Item field, click
to select one or more items for which you want to view quantities. If no items are selected, all items appear in the list.

In the Item
Category field, click
to select one or more item categories for which you want to view item quantities. If no item categories are selected, all item categories appear in the list.
- Click Retrieve.
