Void Time & Material Invoice Screen Field Reference
General
Most of the fields on the General tab are display only. They provide information about the invoice that will be voided. The following field reference table describes the entry fields only: the Posting Group field, the Posting Date field, and the Memo field.

Enter the code of the Void Time & Material Invoice Posting Group screen for the voided invoice or click |

Enter the posting date for the voided invoice or click |
Memo |
Enter any comments or notes about the voided invoice. |
Invoice
All of the fields in the grid on the Invoice tab are display only. They provide information about the invoice that will be voided.
Lien Releases tab
All of the fields in the grid on the Lien Releases tab are display only. They provide information about the lien release records that will be deleted. Each row in the grid is a specific time & material invoice lien release record. If a lien release is a final release, then the Lien Notice Release Date is removed from the lien notice record.
