The CP Company Maintenance screen feature is used to define the companies that are to be included in Confidential Payroll reports. When this screen is selected, the confidential company will be displayed on line one. The System Administrator will need to specify the company to which confidential records are posted, as well as any other companies that are to be included in payroll reporting.

Fields	Descriptions
Company	Enter the company code or codes for the companies you want to include on the Confidential Payroll reports.
Name	Based on the company code entered in the previous field, the full company name will display. No entry is allowed. Repeat entry until all companies have been entered. Click OK to exit the screen.
