Purge Move History - Cost Center Information

If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise Installation screen, the operator must have security to the equipment's cost center to delete the schedule history.

No overrides apply, and employee / vendor cost centers are not checked here. Modeled after Move Schedule Report security authorization, the Mover and Equipment cost center security is used for this purge.
