Managing Benefits Using the Benefit Management Screen
Learn how to manage employee benefits using the Benefit Management screen.
- On the Site Map screen, select Human Resources > Data Entry > Benefit Management .
- In the Build Employee List for Benefit Management window, specify an Employee code, Department code, Benefit code and/or Benefit status, or press Enter to include ALL employees in the Benefit Management listbox.
- After entering the benefit selection criteria, all employees that meet your selection criteria and with a status of Pending, review again next time will display. Additionally, those codes that match codes specified in the Recurring Benefits File Maintenance, screen will display, based on the same eligibility requirements associated with the benefit code(s) selected.

At the Status field, use the
drop-down menu to select a status for the corresponding benefit.
Note: All employees who are set up for recurring benefits for which they do not qualify will display in red.
- Click the Update button to commit changes.
