Job Materials
Use the Job Materials screen to view materials on order (and/or procured) from Purchase Order suppliers, along with materials requisitioned from the warehouse (inventory job requisitions). This screen offers the ability to conveniently view materials across phases and delivery status to the job.
Note: It is possible that the same stock item may appear on
different lines in the list box with different units of measure. This would happen when the
purchase unit of measure is used in Purchase Order Entry, and the sell unit of measure is
used in Job Requisition Entry.
