Cost types assigned to a phase that you are not permitted to access do not display on the Phase File Maintenance screen. Spectrum compares the cost center assigned to each cost type for the phase with cost centers in your assigned scheme. If the cost center is not included, then that phase is not shown. The phase totals display the sum of all cost types, regardless of cost center security.
