Copy Entries From a Prior Pay Period

Copy time, equipment, or expense entries from a recent pay period to your current timesheet. You can copy entries from a single day or an entire pay period.

  1. Select Time & Jobs > Timesheets.
  2. Open either the employee or crew timesheet that you want to copy entries to.
  3. In the Time, Equipment, or Expenses section of the timesheet, select Copy From Past.

    The Copy Entries pop-up window opens.

  4. A pay period dropdown field displays in the upper right of the window. Use this field to select the pay period with the entries that you want to copy.
  5. Select any date shown in the pop-up window to review the entries recorded for that date.
  6. Select the Include checkbox for each entry that you want to copy to your current timesheet.
  7. If you are using Weekly view, a Days To Copy To dropdown field displays. You must choose the day or days on your current timesheet to copy the selected entries to.
  8. Select Copy Day to move the selected entries to your current timesheet.
  9. To copy all entries from the selected time period to your current timesheet, select Copy Previous Week or Copy Week in the lower right of the pop-up window.
  10. Save the changes to your timesheet.
