You don't need to know your current PIN to choose a new one, but you do need to know your account password. If needed, see Reset Your Password.
  1. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select the dropdown arrow next to your initials.
  2. Select Account settings.
  3. In the Account Settings page, select the General tab.
  4. Under PIN management, in the Current password field, enter your current password.
  5. Use the New and Confirm new PIN fields to choose a new four-digit, numerical PIN.
  6. Select Update PIN.
Use this new PIN when you e-sign documents.
