HR Role Management for Spectrum

The HR Role Management page allows you to manage HR user roles and enterprise-level administrators in your portal.

Access the HR Role Management page from the main menu or the User Management section on the home page.

Confirm that you are on the version of this page for Spectrum by ensuring page says "X users are pulled from spectrum operators," as shown in the image below.

From this page, you can view the HR Roles or IT Admins tab.
Important: HR admins or specialists who configure your hiring process builder, manage custom tasks, or manage lookups for onboarding forms must be assigned an HR Forms Role in Trimble Construction One. See Manage HR Forms for Intégration for details.

HR Roles Overview

  • IT Admins and HR Admins can manage HR user roles from the HR Roles tab. From this tab, you can view or modify an HR user's role, determine which employee records your HR users can view, and enable or disable a user's access to your portal.

  • HR Admins with the HR Forms Role can configure your hiring process builder, manage custom tasks, or manage lookups for onboarding forms.

  • HR Specialists can access the Process Builder, Manage Custom Tasks, and Manage Lookups in Intégration for the profile groups where they are assigned Profile Admin permissions.

The HR Forms Role determines whether a user can configure your hiring process builder, manage custom tasks, or manage lookups for Gestion RH.

Role Description
Admin These users can configure your hiring process builder, manage custom tasks, and manage lookups for forms in Intégration.
Note: This setting is specific to forms and does not provide access to admin settings in Gestion RH. See Manage HR User Roles for details.
Note: This setting does not provide access to the Admin Center. To access the Admin Center, a user must have an Enterprise Role of Enterprise Admin.
Specialist These users can configure your hiring process builder, manage custom tasks, and manage lookups for forms in Intégration.
Note: This setting is specific to forms and does not provide specialist-level access to Intégration or Libre-service des employés. See Manage HR User Roles for details.
Important: HR Specialists must be assigned to a profile group in Intégration or a permission group in Libre-service des employés in order to see any information after logging in.

IT Admins Overview

IT Admins have administrator access to Admin Settings, HR Role Management, and Applicant Tracking (HiringThing). They can also add or remove other IT Admins.

By default, IT Admins cannot access employee data, unless they are also assigned an HR Admin or HR Specialist role. If they are an employee, they can access their own employee information.
