Unlock a New Hire's Account

New hires are allowed up to five failed attempts to log in to your Intégration site.

After a fifth failed attempt (such as repeated use of the wrong access code), the system locks the new hire's account and sends an automated email to the hiring manager for that profile. The hiring manager or another user with permission to the new hire's record can unlock the account.
Note: The new hire is allowed five failed login attempts in total, regardless of whether those attempts are made in a single session or across different sessions.
  1. From the home page, in the Intégration section, select Détails relatifs aux nouvelles embauches.
    Note: Alternatively, select in the upper left corner of the home page, and select HR Management > Détails relatifs aux nouvelles embauches.
  2. Select a new hire's name.

    The New Hire Details page opens.

  3. In the Info & Status section, select the Unlock button.
