Use the AP EFT PreNote Download form to generate prenote Electronic File Transfer (EFT) files that you send to your bank.

Some banks require a prenote transaction for new vendors, or account changes for existing vendors, before they can actively process EFTs. The prenote process allows the bank to validate the vendors’ bank accounts. See Process EFT Prenotes for more information.
