EM Miles By State

You can use the EM Miles By State report to see EM miles by state by selecting Equipment Management > Reports > EM Miles By State.

This list provides EM miles by state, and lists by Company, State, and equipment the miles entered into the EMST table for tax reporting purposes. Loaded, unloaded, and off road miles totaled by equipment and state or just to level of state.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

State Code (Blank for All)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4to select state code or leave blank to select all.

Beginning Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select beginning equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.

Ending Equipment

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select ending equipment code or leave blank to select all equipment.
Beginning Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Beginning Month
Ending Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Ending Month

(E)quipment Detail or (S)tate Totals only

Enter E or S.
