Ability to Record Reason for Return Trips on Work Orders

You can now record the reason and description for return trips to service sites associated with Service Management work orders. Two new fields were added to the SM Trips form: Reason and Notes.

The Reason field is used to enter a reason code (set up in HQ Reason Codes) identifying the reason why a technician needs to return to the service site associated with a work order. You can then use the Notes field to further detail the reason for the return trip.

To see a list of defects fixed in this version, go to the Track Cases/Issues page of the Portail d'assistance Viewpoint. Use the filter options to select your product and module. In the Fixed in Version field, select this version, then select Apply Filters.
