Invite a new hire to onboard with your company.

1. From the Recruiting section of your home page in Sistema di gestione HR, select Ready to be invited.

   

   This opens the Ready to Invite dashboard.

   

2. In the list of Applicants Ready To Be Invited, locate the new hire that you want to invite to onboard.
3. In the last column of that new hire's grid line, select the Paper Plane icon to send the invitation.

   This opens the Invite New Hire panel with the new hire's first and last name, email address, phone number, and profile group prefilled.

4. Select a hiring Profile for the new hire.

   

   The hiring profile you select determines the onboarding tasks the new hire will have to complete. After you select a hiring profile, the default tasks associated with that profile display in the Tasks section of the Invite New Hire panel.

5. To add a task for this new hire:
   1. Select the Add Tasks button.

      

   2. In the Add Tasks pop-up window, select the checkbox for each task to add for this new hire.

      You can also use the Search box to search for a specific task.

      

   3. When you are finished, select Add Tasks in the lower right of the window.
6. To remove a task, select the Trash icon for that specific task in the Tasks section of the Invite New Hire panel.

   You can only remove optional tasks, not default tasks that are required as part of the hiring profile.

7. When you are finished, select Send Invitation.
