Delete a New Hire Record

Remove a new hire's record from オンボーディング.

Deleted records are removed from the system and cannot be recovered.

Only HR Management Admins (set at the enterprise level) can delete new hires. See HR Role Management for details.

  1. From the home page, in the オンボーディング section, select 新入社員ダッシュボード.
    Note: Alternatively, select main menu icon in the upper left corner of the home page, and select HR Management > 新入社員ダッシュボード.
  2. Select a new hire's name.

    The New Hire Details page opens.

  3. In the Info & Status area, select Delete New Hire.
