Print a New Hire's Completed Tasks

Print or download custom tasks that a new hire has completed as part of onboarding.

To print an attachment or PDF, you must first download the file.
  1. From the 新入社員ダッシュボード, select a new hire's name in the grid.
    The 新入社員の詳細 page opens, showing a summary of the new hire's onboarding status, tasks, and progress.
  2. Under Task Progress, select the Print icon for a completed task.
    A separate browser page or window opens showing the task with the new hire's answers.
    Note: The Print icon displays only for completed custom tasks.
  3. Select to print the task or download the PDF or attachment.
    Print attachments from your computer. Print PDFs using the print option in the PDF viewer.
