The following drop in schedule is for customers who want additional help getting started with Unified User Management.
Unified User Management Drop-In Sessions
Drop-In sessions are being held every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday until March 6th, 2026 at the following times:
- 8:30 AM PST to 9:00 AM PST / 11:30 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST
- 4:00 PM PST to 4:30 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST to 7:30 PM EST (no drop-in session at this time for February 17)
- 8:30 AM PST to 9:00 AM PST / 11:30 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST
- 11:00 AM PST to 12:00 PM PST / 2:00 PM EST to 3:00 PM EST
- 4:00 PM PST to 4:30 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST to 7:30 PM EST
- 9:00 AM PST to 9:30 AM PST / 12:00 PM EST to 12:30 PM EST
- 9:30 AM PST to 10:00 AM PST / 12:30 PM EST to 1:00 PM EST

Weekly Traqspera Self-Configuration Drop-In Session
Special drop-in sessions for Traqspera self-configuration customers who need help with their Traqspera setting for unified user management are held on Tuesdays at 1:00pm PST (3:00PM CST and 4:00 PM EST).
Mandatory Trimble ID Migration Drop-In Sessions
Attend these sessions for strategy and any questions regarding your migration to Mandatory Trimble ID.
Drop-in sessions are held every Tuesday at 10:30 AM PST to 11:00 AM PST (1:30 PM EST to 2:00 PM EST).
