Mobile Tasks and Forms

Tasks and forms in Field View are tools designed to capture and manage information or work items in specific locations on a project.

You can add a a task or form to complete a form for a location using plan view if there is a calibrated image for the location. You can also add a task or form in the location view or the 3D view you uploaded a 360 model.

Tasks

Tasks are a description of a required work item, a snag or a punch list item, a checklist item, or procedure that must be complete din a specific project location.

Forms

Forms contain questions to be answered. Each organisation can customize their own forms.

An answer can be one of a variety of types, such as date, time, number, text, dropdown, and signature. You can add comments, attach photos, or assign a task to an answer. Each answer is saved automatically when you complete it.
