Flag Pages as Processed

You can mark pages in Advanced Image Manager by placing a green flag next to the thumbnail in the Pages pane. This helps you track which pages have been edited or processed for the current task and which ones still require attention.

Advanced Image Manager automatically applies a flag when you make changes to an image and save it. In addition, you can manually add and remove flags in the Pages pane.
  1. To add a processed flag to an image.
    1. Select the checkbox next to the image that you want to flag.
    2. Select the green flag icon to mark the selected image on the Pages pane as Processed.
      This places a green flag to the right of the thumbnail display.
  2. To remove a processed flag from an image.
    1. Select the checkbox next to the image that you want to flag.
    2. Select the orange flag icon to remove the flag next to the selected image.
  3. To remove processed flags from all images in the Pages pane, select .
    Tip: You can also right-click in the Pages pane and select Clear All Processed Flags to remove flags from all images.
