Enter Equipment Usage Time Cards screen

Use the Enter Equipment Usage Time Cards screen to enter time card details for an equipment item. When you use the Enter Equipment Usage Time Cards screen, you associate each equipment usage time card with a posting group. The selected posting group must have been associated with a payroll cycle using the Start a Payroll Cycle screen.

Note: Note that you should use this screen to enter equipment usage independent of an employee. To enter equipment usage associated with an employee time card, use the Enter Time Card by Employee screen.

If the equipment usage entry hasn't been posted yet, you can also use the screen to modify an equipment usage time card. If you need to modify an equipment usage time card after it has been posted, create another equipment usage time card entry with negative values.

Note: To open the Enter Equipment Usage Time Cards screen, click Employees > Payroll > Enter Equipment Usage Time Cards in the All Tasks pane.
