Bank Reconciliation Report screen
Use the Bank Reconciliation Report screen to create a report of bank reconciliation that shows outstanding and cleared transactions. The Bank Reconciliation Report can be generated for a reconciliation that is in progress or reconciled. Use the Bank Reconciliation screen to reconcile transactions with your bank statement and set them to cleared. You can print or save this report.
You can control the output of the Bank Reconciliation Report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:
Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click
to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.
Company - Click
to select the company for the report.
Account - Click
to select the account for the report.
Reconciliation Through Date - Enter the end date of the bank reconciliation for the report or click
to select the date from a lookup list of dates on which a bank reconciliation was run.
Print Cleared Payments - Select Yes to show cleared payments on the report.
Print Outstanding Payments - Select Yes to show outstanding payments on the report.
Print Cleared Deposits - Select Yes to show cleared deposits on the report.
Print Outstanding Deposits - Select Yes to show outstanding deposits on the report.
Print Cleared Adjustments - Select Yes to show cleared adjustments on the report.
Print Outstanding Adjustments - Select Yes to show outstanding adjustments on the report.
Print Cleared Transfers - Select Yes to show cleared transfers on the report.
Print Outstanding Transfers - Select Yes to show outstanding transfers on the report.
Print Transactions After Reconciliation Through Date - Select Yes to show transactions dated after the reconciliation through date on the report.
Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
