Create a Change Order Document PDF

You can create and view PDF change order documents from the View Change Order Logs screen.

  1. Open the View Change Order Logs screen.
  2. In the View field, click and select the type of documents to view.
  3. Press Tab.
  4. In the Company field, click to select one or more companies for which you want to view documents. If you do not select a company, all companies appear in the list.
  5. In the Project field, click to select one or more projects for which you want to view documents. If you do not select a project, all projects appear in the list.
  6. In the Include field, select the status of documents to view.
  7. Click Retrieve to display a list of change order documents.
  8. In the Select column, select the checkbox for each document PDF file you want to create.
  9. Click Create PDF.
  10. To later open these PDF documents, click Open PDF.
