Change the number of days displayed on the scheduler board

The number of days displayed on the scheduler board is set in the view. You can change the number of days displayed for the scheduler board as needed. If needed, you can also modify the view to show the number of days you need. This change also affects the scheduled Field Orders tab.

  1. Open the Field Order Scheduler screen.
  2. Note the active company. If you want to change it, click in the header and select the appropriate company.
  3. In the View field, click to select the view you want to use on the scheduler board.
    Note: If there are no views defined for the scheduler board, you are prompted to create one. If there are no views defined for the scheduler board, you are prompted to create one. The company defaults to the last company used in ProContractor. To change the company, open a different screen and select the company there. Once you have created a view, you can change the company on the scheduler board.
  4. Change the number of days displayed for the board by doing one of the following:

    • Click Week to display a seven day week on the scheduler board (Sunday through Saturday).

    • Click Work Week to display the work week as defined for the view on the scheduler board.

    • Click Day to display the day on the scheduler. If you select this option, use the slider bar to the right to set the time increment for the board. The time increment ranges from 15 minutes to 4 hours.
