Update Draws to Invoice Entry - VAT Processing Information

Draw Request Update includes VAT tax on the new customer invoice when a 'VAT tax code' is present on the draw. If the Allocate PST on holdback checkbox is selected on the sales tax code, the update will store the sales tax amount as the Total PST/Sales Tax less Holdback PST/Sales Tax.
