The Quantity Complete Entry screen is not used in calculating payroll, but is intended to facilitate entry of job cost information.

When Enterprise Installation option for cost centers is set
      to Yes in this company, when
      entering quantities, Spectrum verifies the job is permitted, and you will not be able to enter
      a job unless the cost center assigned to that job is valid for your operator, and Spectrum
      only displays phases for that job if you have cost center security for the cost centers of the
      phase assigned to that line.

                                          One</span> by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts Payable</span> from the main menu.</p><p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor invoices. The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
