In Spectrum, wherever you can drill-down to the original contract amount, such as in Job Cost Analysis Inquiry, you can also access projected cost history information. To view this information, click the magnifying glass icon adjacent to the Original contract amount field. The Contract Profit Summary window will display. If you click the drill-down icon adjacent to the Projected Contract option under the Estimated Cost column, a window will display showing the break down of the projected cost change per month. In this window you can click the History button, which will provide detailed information about the projected cost such as the operator who made the change, the time the change was made, the phase affected, and so forth.
