Accounts Payable Widget

With this release, you can use the Accounts Payable widget to view a summary of your Automatic Invoicing batches, as well as the status of recent batches. From the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the widget, you can select Summary or Recent Batches.

• From the Summary view, you can select the Total Open Batches link to open the Accounts Payable page where you can access all batches in progress.
• To continue working on a recently saved batch, select the Recent Batches view, and then select the name of the batch.
• To add a new batch, select the plus icon.

This widget is available for both Vista and Spectrum users.

HR Management for Spectrum: HR Approvals Widget

This widget displays the status of HR approvals for the companies in your enterprise. Select a company name to open the Employee Dashboard page for that company in HR Management for Spectrum.

Improvements to the Viewpoint Team Projects Widget

This release includes the following updates to the Viewpoint Team Projects widget:

Access B2W Inform from the Application Menu

From the application menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Work Center, under the "Forms" heading, you can select B2W Inform to access it. Once you have logged in to B2W Inform using the Trimble Login option, selecting B2W Inform from the application menu will take you directly in to the B2W Inform application.

Access Trimble SysQue Analytics and Trimble FabShop Analytics from the Analytics Widget

If you use Trimble SysQue or Trimble FabShop Analytics, you can now select either application from the Analytics widget to open it.

Open Vista Web from the Application Menu

With this release, you can now launch Vista Web to access the Vista Web Office Tools (HR Management, Financial Controls, Field Management, and Field Service) from the application menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Work Center.

Select a Default Publication Site

With this release, you can select a default publication site that opens when you sign into the Work Center. To set a default publication site, select the star icon next to the name of the publication site.

Unapproved Invoice Aging Widget

With this release, you can now use the Unapproved Invoice Aging widget to view your unapproved invoices in Vista sorted by due date. The widget provides both a pie chart view and a list view of unapproved invoices in your Vista enterprise. You can either select an option within the pie chart, or select Overview and then select an option from the drop-down menu to view your unapproved invoices sorted by due date.

ProjectSight Assignment Status Widget

This release includes the ProjectSight Assignment Status widget, which provides summary and detailed information about ProjectSight items assigned to you.

Unapproved Invoice List

With the Unapproved Invoice List widget, you can view the list of unapproved in your ERP system (Vista or Spectrum).

Hilti ON!Track Tool Widget

This release includes a widget for your On!Track application, which displays tools and equipment for your enterprises, including the equipment number, year, manufacturer, model and equipment status.

Search Functionality for Team and ProjectSight Widgets

With this release, in the Team and ProjectSight widgets, you can now search for an item by selecting the down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the widget, and then typing in the search field.

Dark Mode

With this release, you can now switch to dark mode by selecting the dark mode option at the top of the page.

Spectrum Now Available in the Application Menu

If you use Spectrum, you can now launch Spectrum from the Work Center by selecting it from the Application Menu in the upper right-hand corner. Spectrum will open in a separate browser tab.
