Coming Soon! Moving to Trimble Help from Viewpoint Help

Viewpoint Help is moving to a new platform with a new but familiar experience: Trimble Help.

All content currently on Viewpoint Help (help.viewpoint.com) will move to the upgraded Trimble Help site (help.trimble.com) in early Q2 2025.

What is changing?

We are upgrading the Trimble Help Center to Trimble Help and moving all product documentation that is currently located on Viewpoint Help to Trimble Help. This involves the following changes:
  • Content from both sites will be accessible on the new Trimble Help site. This includes Viewpoint product help and Trimble account services documentation (for sign in, license management, and online purchasing) all in one place.
  • The design and layout of Trimble Help will be similar to Viewpoint Help, but rebranded to Trimble.

What is the timeline for this change?

The site updates and move to Trimble Help will take place in early Q2 2025.

What content will be available on Trimble Help?

Upon the initial launch, we will have Viewpoint product help and Trimble account services documentation (for sign in, license management, and online purchasing) available on Trimble Help. More products will follow in the coming months.

What are the benefits of this change?

The revamped Trimble Help provides a more comprehensive, searchable, and usable Help site with consistent branding and a consistent user experience. This is a step towards unifying Trimble documentation in a single location.

Can I still access Help directly from my product?

Yes, you will still be able to access the Help from your product the same way you used to.

  • Help links from your product will redirect to the correct article on Trimble Help.
  • Any in-product Help links that do not redirect to a specific article will either redirect to the main Help page for the product you are using, or to the Trimble Help home page. You can use the search field to find the articles you are looking for.

Will my bookmarked Viewpoint Help URLs still work after the upgrade?

Any Viewpoint Help URLs that you bookmarked in your browser or saved elsewhere will redirect to the Trimble Help home page. From here, you can choose your product and use the search field to find the articles you saved. You will need to recreate your bookmarks to specific articles.

Will my bookmarked Trimble Help Center URLs still work after the upgrade?

Any bookmarks or saved links to specific articles on the current Trimble Help Center site will no longer work after the upgrade. You will need to recreate these bookmarks.
