Enter Time Manually

In addition to clocking in or out of a job on the mobile application, you can enter labor hours manually for the current day or week, or for a prior week.

  1. Open a timesheet in either Daily or Weekly view.
  2. At the bottom of the page, select Labor.

  3. Enter information in the fields shown, including all required fields, such as Job, Phase, and hours. If you enter a Start Time and End Time, regular (Reg) hours update automatically.
    Tip: To duplicate an entry from a previous date (limited timespan), select Copy From Past.

  4. Select Save.
    Note: A warning displays if you attempt to save without completing all required fields. Required fields names display in red. Enter the missing information, and select Save again.

Saved time entries are added to the Labor Entries section of the timesheet. To modify or delete an entry later on, select either Edit or Delete on that specific entry.
