Upload your invoices to Automatic Invoicing in PDF format.

Upload Invoices

Prepare the batch of invoices in Automatic Invoicing by adding page breaks, removing pages, or rotating pages as needed.

Prepare Invoices

Once Automatic Invoicing has populated the header data for the PDFs in the batch, you can review the results, correct any errors, and then send the invoices to Spectrum.

Process Invoices

With the Inbox in Automatic Invoicing, you can have invoice-related attachments forwarded directly from your shared AP mailbox to Automatic Invoicing where you can quickly add them to a batch to be processed.

You can view the status of all invoices sent to Spectrum from the Completed tab in Automatic Invoicing.

                                          One</span> by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts Payable</span> from the main menu.</p><p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor invoices. The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

We hebben het ook makkelijker gemaakt om BIM-bestanden direct in uw project te uploaden met behulp van uw <span class="keyword">Trimble Connect</span> account. Site Capture 360 foto's maken op een eenvoudige visuele en economische manier het bijhouden van de voortgang op locatie en uitgebreid vastleggen van bewijsmateriaal mogelijk. We hebben het ook makkelijker gemaakt om BIM-bestanden direct in uw project te uploaden met behulp van uw Trimble Connect account. Daarnaast hebben we de naam van alle project communicatieplannen in de rechten veranderd in het meer passende project melding voorkeuren.
