The 2025 R7 release of HR Management for Spectrum introduces a new MFA security setting. This new setting will be released in mid-July 2025.
New! Security Setting to Enforce MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
A new Security Setting forces users to use MFA to log in at https://hr.viewpoint.com and on the Traqspera mobile application.
Important: This setting is not
in effect at this time. It is available so you
can choose whether to opt out of enforced MFA before it goes
live in mid-July.
All customers are opted into the MFA setting by default (setting is on). To opt out, you must turn off this setting under .
