New Navigation

The following changes have been made to the HR Management for Spectrum web navigation.

• User earnings information can be found in the new My Earnings section instead of the My Info section.
• A new Recruiting section now organizes Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Onboarding Setup.
• The Employee Management page has been renamed to Personal Info Approvals.
