Create a punch item (workflow statuses)

Create a punch item to track work that must be completed.

  1. In the Punch Items list view, select add icon.
  2. Choose an option:
    • Select a New Punch Item.
    • Select New from Photos, then choose a photo from your device.
    • For iOS, select New from Camera, then take a photo or video.
    • For Android, select New from Camera, then take a photo.
      Note: Use the Text or Pencil tools to annotate the photo.
    • Select New from Videos, then choose a video from your device.
  3. Add a description for the punch item. To enter a typical condition as a description, select Search icon, select a typical condition from the list, and select Select.
  4. To add an assignment, select Assign or to send a courtesy copy, select .CC
  5. At the bottom of the record, add comments.
  6. Enter additional punch item details, then select save icon.
