Compatibility With Vista
- Vista 2025.10 – Vista 2026.6
Release Highlights
This release includes the following new enhancements. For more details, see the individual release highlights sections that follow.
-
In Office Tools, 17 new forms have been updated to support the editing of entries.
-
Work Order Forms now have a Show All button to show the forms created by all technicians on trips related to the same work order. This reduces the chance that duplicate forms are created across multiple trips.
- Users can now upload a fillable PDF to a checklist template. Checklist instances generated from these templates allow users to fill out required fields directly on the PDF interface.
Trimble ID Updates for Vista Web
Review changes related to Trimble ID setup and logins in the web portal.
-
The Trimble ID team is currently moving all Trimble ID users to a two-step verification (2SV). The date has been extended for Vista Web products including Vista HR Management, Vista Field Management, Vista Field Service, and Vista Financial controls.
This means that users logging into your Vista Web Employee Portal through Trimble ID will NOT be prompted to go to their email for a code (i.e. two-step verification) until a later date. We do not yet have a date for when two-step verification will be implemented for Vista Web, but we plan to provide at least one month's notice before it is introduced.
This message does not apply to users who meet any of the following conditions:
-
Users sign in through Trimble ID using your organization’s Single Sign-On (Federated login).
-
Users already have Multi-factor authentication enabled.
-
You’ve enabled the portal setting Enable MFA for TID logins for your Employee Portal.
For details on the two-step verification process, see: How to Secure Your Trimble ID Account
-
- Trimble ID Users can now easily
check their Trimble ID username from the user dropdown under the TID Linked icon.
- A new Temporary Password column was added to the Bulk Import
template. This is useful when adding Managed Trimble ID Users whose email
addresses are inaccessible.
For more information, see Bulk Import Managed Users.
- Users defined in using the Managed User Designation Group portal setting are now restricted from linking a Native Trimble ID. For more information, see Configure Welcome Email for Trimble ID Managed Users.

The performance of the AP Invoice Approval tool has been significantly improved to better handle documents with high line-item counts.

- Expenses
- Users can now manually enter or adjust the Tax Amount when reconciling credit card expenses. Previously, the tax amount was automatically calculated based on the selected tax code and could not be edited, forcing users to manually split transactions to account for items with varying tax rates (for example, half-taxed or non-taxable items).
- Purchase Orders
When creating a PO from a Req, a new Choose Address dropdown is available in the creation modal. Selecting a line from the dropdown will automatically populate the PO’s shipping header with that specific address, eliminating manual data entry.
