Create a field order PDF file

  1. Open the Field Order Scheduler screen.
  2. Note the active company. If you want to change it, click in the header and select the appropriate company.
    • In the View field, click and select the view.

      Note: If there are no views defined for the scheduler board, you are prompted to create one. If there are no views defined for the scheduler board, you are prompted to create one. The company defaults to the last company used in ProContractor. To change the company, open a different screen and select the company there. Once you have created a view, you can change the company on the scheduler board.
    • Press Tab.

    • Click Scheduled Field Orders tab.

  3. In the Select column, select the checkbox for each field order PDF file you want to create.
  4. Click Create PDF.
