Export a list of scheduled field orders
- Open the Field Order Scheduler screen.

Note the active company. If you want to change it, click
in the header and select the appropriate company.
In the View field, click
and select the view.
Note: If there are no views defined for the scheduler board, you are prompted to create one. If there are no views defined for the scheduler board, you are prompted to create one. The company defaults to the last company used in ProContractor. To change the company, open a different screen and select the company there. Once you have created a view, you can change the company on the scheduler board.Press Tab.
Click Scheduled Field Orders tab.

To specify the file type for the export, do one of the following:
To export the list to Excel, click
next to the Export button and select Excel.
To export the list to a PDF file, click
next to the Export button and select Acrobat (PDF) file.
- Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
- In the File Name field, enter a file name for the exported file.
- Click Save.
- Click OK.
