Feature enhancements

• Daily Reports - Equipment Location

  Within Daily reports, Trimble Construction One and Go users can now add and view locations on equipment logs, ensuring that field data is ready for filtered reporting on the web app.

  

  

• Expanded name limits

  We've increased First and Last name field limits from 25 to 50 characters for User and Company Contacts to prevent truncation and maintain consistency with your Human Resource systems.

• Daily reports AI assistant chatbot - Equipment entries

  Note: Charlie, the chatbot for daily reports, is available to ProjectSight Trimble Construction One and Go users, in English, and requires an active internet connection.

  When you have provided enough information, Charlie creates a suggested equipment entry that you must approve.

  

  1. Select to edit the suggested equipment card
  2. Select to reject the suggested equipment card
  3. Select to accept the suggested equipment card
  4. To restart your conversation, select , then select Yes
  5. Select x to exit the chatbot session and return to the Equipment page
  6. Select to turn on audio for Charlie
     Note: If you want to pause audio, select again. To quickly toggle audio on or off, double tap. If you make a selection by double tapping, that selection is remembered across chat sessions.

  When you select Edit for a suggested equipment card, an editable card displays.

  

  1. Select the Company field to view, search, and select a company from a list
  2. Select the Crew field to view, search, and select a crew from a list
  3. Select the Equipment field to view, search, and select a location from a list
  4. Select to enter a different quantity for equipment
  5. Select to enter number of hours and minutes
  6. Select to enter a different rate
  7. Select to enter a note
  8. Select to save your edits
  9. Select to return to the suggested equipment card
  10. Select , then select Yes, to restart your conversation
  11. Select x to exit the chatbot session and return to the Equipment page

• Daily reports AI assistant chatbot - Labor card attachments

  After Charlie the chatbot presents a proposed labor card, you can now add photos, videos, or files to support the work performed or document specific conditions related to that crew's shift.

  

• Daily reports AI assistant chatbot - Copy labor and equipment

  To quickly create a daily report, select Copy a report from a previous date on the Charlie chatbot home page to carry over labor and equipment entries.

  

  The last six days display in a selectable list, along with a link to additional days.

  

  Select a day from the selectable list or select the View all available reports link, choose a specific date, and then select Add. Once you make a selection, a proposed card displays. You can then edit, accept, or reject the proposed entry. For labor cards, you also have the option to add attachments.

  Note: When you copy a daily report, the labor and equipment section entries copy over to the new daily report and the new daily report status is set to pending. If the original labor and equipment data includes custom field values, the values copy to the new record.
