The 2025 R6.1 release of Spectrum人力资源管理 includes the updated I-9 form for 2025. This release is available as of July 30, 2025.

Updated I-9 Form
The I-9 form and I-9 instructions have been revised in compliance with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requirements. See the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website for details about changes made to the form. You can also access a copy of the new form here.
Following the update to the 2025 R6.1 release, a new hire's onboarding status will determine which version of the I-9 form their hiring packet will include:

New hires who had not yet started the I-9 (status = Invited or No Personal Info) will see the revised version of the form in their hiring packet.

New hires who had started the I-9 (status = Working On Tasks) or submitted it (status = Submitted) prior to the current release will remain on the old version of the form.
