Admin Settings
Manage settings that control the features available and permissions assigned in 員工自助服務.
HR admins and authorized HR specialists can access Admin Settings from the main menu
in 員工自助服務.
Admin Settings Overview
Admin Settings are organized into the following sections:

Enterprise Settings: Allows HR administrators to set companies as active or inactive in an enterprise and to control the 員工自助服務 features that employees can access for a selected enterprise.

Permission Groups: Allows HR administrators to determine whose employee information HR specialists can view from the Employee Dashboard and to assign approval permissions.

Personal Info Settings: Allows HR administrators to configure settings specific to the Personal Information section of 員工自助服務.

Notification Settings: Allows HR administrators to configure settings specific to employee notifications.

Earnings Settings: Allows HR administrators to configure settings specific to employee paychecks and pay statement templates.
