Troubleshooting: W-2 or T4 Records not Showing in 員工自助服務
Backing up W-2 (U.S. employees) or T4 (Canadian employees) records in Spectrum can resolve issues with those forms not showing on the employee's Earnings page in 員工自助服務.
In addition, you should make sure that you have enabled the Earnings feature for the appropriate companies in your HR portal. See Configure Enterprise Settings for more details.
You must be a Spectrum administrator to perform this task.
