What's New in Traqspera 2025 R5
The 2025 R5 release of Traqspera includes an enhanced daily attestation feature. This release is available as of April 24, 2025.
New Features
Daily Attestation for Web and Mobile
The daily attestation (or daily sign-off) feature now includes crew timesheets and supports daily or weekly time periods.
-
New attestation setting: To use the enhanced daily attestation feature, enable the new setting Use Employee Attestation ( ). Then add your Attestation Questions. For details, see Configure Daily Attestation.
-
The legacy setting Use Attestation Questions on Employee Timesheets is no longer being maintained. All future enhancements will focus on the new attestation setting.
-
If you had been using the legacy setting and you enable the new setting, the legacy setting will no longer be available. We recommend enabling the new setting so that you can take advantage of enhancements and updates related to daily sign-off.
-
If you had not previously enabled the legacy setting, it will not display. Only the new attestation setting is available.
-
- Attestation Questions you added in a previous version will apply to the new setting. You can add more questions as needed.
-
-
New PIN pad for crews: On a shared device, crew members access their daily sign-off page via a new PIN pad feature, allowing for secure daily attestation for each crew member.
-
From the crew timesheet, the user selects Log Attestation.
-
This opens a PIN pad screen with a blank background. Crew members must enter their PIN to complete their daily sign-off.
Tip: To return to the crew timesheet, the crew member or crew leader must enter their PIN. This enables a Back to Timesheet button in the upper left of the PIN pad screen.
For details about crew daily sign-off, see Submit Crew Daily Attestation.
For details about employee daily sign-off, see Submit Employee Daily Attestation.
Note: If time or wage-related entries are changed (fields other than department, job, or phase), the employee or crew member must sign off again for that day. -
-
New color-coded tiles to indicate sign-off status: Color-coded tiles to indicate daily sign-off status have been added to employee and crew timesheets, the Timesheet Review page, the Clock In / Clock Out page, and the Timesheet Summary.
-
On their timesheet, Timesheet Review page, and Clock In / Out page, employees and crew members will see completed attestations for a specific date display as green tiles and incomplete ones display as yellow tiles.
-
For users with permission to view other employee or crew timesheets, attestations with invalid answers display as red tiles.
- On the Timesheet
Summary, managers will see these same green
(completed attestations), yellow (incomplete attestations), or
red (invalid answers) tiles to indicate employee sign-off
status. For details, see Review Daily Attestations.
