Trimble Connect for Browser lets you create a project and choose the ownership and the corresponding license for the project.
Fields in the New Project Window
Information about the fields in the New Project window:
| Field | Description |

| Project Server Location | The Project Location setting is important as we host projects on our servers in multiple regions globally. The setting determines which region your project data will be stored in. Select the region based on your project’s requirements for data storage region (data residency). If you do not have such a requirement, select the region closest to your team for best performance. Servers are available in the following regions:

| Project Ownership | The project ownership is determined by the account whose license is assigned to the project. If you do not have licenses from multiple accounts, this field is not editable. Project ownership can be changed later in project details. |
| Project License | Inside the dro-down menu, you will see a list of all the selected account's licenses available for your Trimble Identity. Select the correct for the project. If you only have one license from the selected account, this field is not editable. Project licenses can be changed later in project details. |
| Description | Add a description for what the project is about or for. The information can be changed later in project details. |
| Start Date/End Date | Add duration of the project. The information can be changed later in project details. |
