Add a Picture Widget

On the Home Page, click Add Widget.
In the Select Widget Type field, select Picture.
In the Widget Title field, enter a name for the widget.
Click OK.
When the empty widget appears on your Home page, click the pencil icon in the widget's title bar.
Select Edit.
Enter the full path and file name of a graphic file or click Browse and navigate to select a graphic file.
Click OK
