View Associated Forms and Tasks for an Asset

You can view the tasks and forms associated with the asset. For each associated task or form, you can see the REF number, description, issued to organisation, status, and date.

Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Assets.
Select the Associations button in the row of the asset you want to work with.
The Asset Associations window appears.
Select the Ref column for an association to open that item.
For example, clicking the Ref column for an associated form opens that Form on the Forms tab.
If you didn't open an associated item, select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Asset Associations window.
