View Comments on a Work Item

You can view the comments made on an individual work item (submittal, RFI, or issue) to see what other collaborators have said about it by selecting Comments from the work item's Activity area.

From the home page, click on the work item assigned to you. Alternately, you can click the project name, click the tab for the work item type (Submittals, RFIs, or Issues), and then click the work item number to open the details page for that work item.
In the Activity area, click Comments.
The comments for the submittal appear.
(Optional) Click Newest First to see the most recent items first. Click Oldest First to see the oldest activity first.

Comments include a record of state changes for that work item as well as replies to email notifications.
