Outer_dimensions disabled means that the width and height define the inner figure and the thickness wall is added to that size.

For instance, if outer_dimensions are disabled and width = 2 meters, height 1 meter, and thickness 0.1 meter; then the hole has a width of 2 meters, a height of 1 meter, and the outer figure is with a width of 2.2 meters, and a height of 1.2 meters.

If the outer_dimensions are enabled and the same parameters as in the above example are used, then the hole height is 1.8 meters and width 0.8 meters, and its outer boundary contains 2 meters height and 1 meter width.
