With this update, you can confidently proceed with your year-end processing. Spectrum's 2025 year-end release contains the required changes for processing forms like W2s, 1099s, and those for ACA, as well as T4s and T5s. This update also contains fixes to customer-reported issues.

This release focuses on enhancing reporting flexibility, streamlining Accounts Payable processes, and providing key payroll/regulatory updates for year-end 2025.
What's New in Automatic Invoicing 2025 R11
With this release, Accounts Payable Admins are able to assign companies to users and inboxes to enable company-specific access to the inboxes. Users will only have access to inboxes associated with their assigned companies.
