Batch Scanning and Invoice Entry

Use this procedure to batch scan invoices.

  1. Prior to data entry, scan your invoices and save the scanned files on your local drive or desktop.
  2. Upload the files to the application. There are two ways to do this:
    • Select the Attach button in the Slider Bar and upload the files to the Slider Bar.
    • In the Slider Bar, select the Batch button, select a batch, and drag-and-drop the files into the Slider Bar workspace. See the example.
    Example:
    Tip: If you have a large number of files, you may want to save the batch scan to a folder named with the date or vendor code for ease of use in Data Entry.
