Batch Scanning and Invoice Entry
Use this procedure to batch scan invoices.
- Prior to data entry, scan your invoices and save the scanned files on your local drive or desktop.
- Upload the files to the application. There are two ways to do this:
- Select the Attach button in the Slider Bar and upload the files to the Slider Bar.
- In the Slider Bar, select the Batch button, select a batch, and drag-and-drop the files into the Slider Bar workspace. See the example.
Example:Tip: If you have a large number of files, you may want to save the batch scan to a folder named with the date or vendor code for ease of use in Data Entry.
